However, there are some important updates.
1. I have 2 days of lifting in this week and I sense that is going to become a consistent routine. This is particularly true because I really love the feeling of the swollen bicep the day after during curls. I think those guys on the Jersey Shore are on to something with their GTL routine.
2. I have decided that I won't be having any beer from now until May 1st.
